Tarteist Metallic Eyeshadow Singles Swatches

Tarteist metallic eyeshadow singles are pressed eyeshadow singles with a metallic finish. They come in standard metal eyeshadow pans (generally these pans are 26 mm, but I measured them to be closer to 27 mm) contained within a small single compact, but can be easily popped out and placed into a custom magnetic palette. Each shade retails for $14.00USD and can be found on Tarte’s website as well as through other beauty retailers. Strangely, more shades actually seem to be available at Sephora and Ulta than on Tarte’s own website.

Tarte’s Tarteist Metallic singles have a more creamier consistency compared to some other pressed powder eyeshadows. This creamier consistency seems to help them apply quite well over bare skin, although they tend to have better longevity over primer. Glitter primer does not seem to effect the finish of the shadow at all, just makes it harder to blend.
