Too Faced Glitter Bomb palette is a collection of eight glitter eyeshadows and two matte bases. The glitter shadows can either be worn on their own or layer with the white “Brightening Base” or black “Intensifying Base.” This palette retails for $45USD and can be found here.
The palette comes in a slim cardboard case with “glitter” written with glitter lettering.
The palette comes with a mirror in the case. The white brightening base and the black intensifying base are along the sides of the glitter shadows. According to Too Faced, the colors closest to the brightening base work best with white, and the colors closest to the intensifying base work best with black.
Because these are glitter eyeshadows, they really need a sticky base to adhere well. I would also recommend applying them either with your fingers or with a wet brush.
All swatches were done over Urban Decay Primer Potion in Eden and Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy. The left swatch is over the brightening base, the middle just the color, and the right with the intensifying base.
